Bin day always brings everyone out early scrabbling around to see if there's any tit bits fallen on the ground as the dustymen are not very delicate in their emptying techniques.Mogsie is having a look but he wouldn't stoop himself to eating bin left overs.
The Naughty Twins may be another story but I don't think they have been using their brains much as there's no point in looking at M and R's bin they have it professionally cleaned each week and they are so clean that no food scraps would be falling out of un-properly tied bags.
The Naughty Twins plan worked though as R has just given him a bowl of food, maybe not so stupid after all.
