Ha, I knew he could do it.It seems that Mogsie has now come back out fighting, not literally you understand.
I guess he's realised that there's nothing that can be done about the men and their digging at the moment but instead of getting worked up about it I can see that he's decided to show them who's boss in this district. He's taken back control, walking in front of them, bogging them out and showing a general air of nonchalance even cleaning himself right in front of them, showing complete contempt.
I can see what he's up to, the clever, clever boy.
