Fence Balancing

I've noticed that I've been getting a bit lazy recently. I think it must be something to do with the change of season into Autumn. The night time comes around quicker than normal and my body has been reacting by slowing down.

So today I've decided to shake it off and get myself into a new routine of early morning exercise. I've always been pretty active but this sluggishness around me is beginning to get on my nerves. The only thing to do is pull myself together and get out there.

One of the best forms of exercise around here is fence balancing. We've luckily got a lovely long fence and I've been walking up and down it. It can be quite hard as it's not very wide and so quite often I have to have one leg on the top of the fence and another on the strut that holds it together.

Every now and then there's a little stop point which gives me a chance to get my balance. I feel so much better after that, my muscles have certainly been given a work out.

I also saw the darker Naughty Twin out enjoying the early morning freshness. I said a quick hello before carrying on I can't be distracted, that would be counter productive.
