You know what River never fails to surprise me.
I was feeling very tired, it's astounding just how tiring all this worrying about things can be, and fancied a lay down when I saw River approaching all wagging tail. I must admit the first thought through my mind was that I really didn't need all her exuberance but then she gently nudged me, licked my face and turned around to tend to Daddy.
I do love her s much, somehow she knows exactly the right thing to do at exactly the right time.
